Nevada Homeschool Association was born out of a passionate vision to unite homeschooling families across Nevada. In a state where local communities can sometimes feel fragmented and exclusive, we saw a pressing need for a single, welcoming source where homeschoolers could come together, share resources, and build meaningful connections.
Our mission is simple yet vital: to create a unified, inclusive community that empowers all Nevada homeschool families. We strive to break down barriers, offer valuable support, and foster an environment where every family feels welcomed, heard, and valued. At Nevada Homeschool Association, we’re not just a resource center—we’re a movement dedicated to supporting and strengthening the homeschooling community statewide.

We need community in the homeschooling space.
I founded the Nevada Homeschool Association because, despite our successful homeschooling journey, we were missing one essential element—community. Nevada’s homeschooling families are often isolated in small, hard-to-find pockets, making it challenging to form bonds with like-minded families. We needed a place to gather, support one another, and build lasting friendships. When I couldn’t find a community like this, I decided to create one.
